As a successful product technician your primary duties are:

  • Become an expert on Cosmo products
  • Develop, organize, and maintain product database to ensure that all product technical details (SKU, design, parts, functionality, specifications, etc) are consolidated and easily accessible
  • Work closely with customer service supervisor to identify customer issues with products including but not limited to maintenance, operation, and repair of products
  • Actively pursues and effectively communicates solutions to product issues in order to improve customer experience and meet customer needs
  • Review manufacturing process and product schematics to identify ways to optimize product performance and usability
  • Analyze product market and customer experience to determine best approach for product design
  • Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of 2 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with kitchen hardware and appliances (plus)
  • Technologically savvy
  • Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Very detail-oriented
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Mechanical Aptitude / Handy with tools
  • Proficiency in English
  • Customer Relations
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Proficient in Word, Excel (plus)
